Design Review and Construction supervision for an 8 Floors Office building for INSS branch in Cabo Delgado Province of Mozambique. SoW included the role of Project Managers, Architects, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers for the development.

• General construction works supervision
• Quality control of construction works
• Construction works cost monitoring and control
• Ensuring health and safety fulfillment at all times during the construction works
• Preparation monthly progress report for submission to the client
• Preparation of change/variation orders whenever deemed necessary
• Production of as-built drawing at the end of construction works
